Don’t we all long for internal peace and happiness in life?

InsideOut Counseling is a counseling center with a heart for hurting individuals, couples, and families. The purpose of InsideOut Counseling is to provide affordable Christian Counseling that is psychologically sound and Biblically based. As a Christian counselor, I attempt to integrate sound counseling theories and strategies with Christian principles.

In addressing client issues, I consider the whole person: body, mind, and spirit. My desire is to work from the inside-out by focusing on underlying beliefs and emotions that keep a person from healthy relationships with God, self, and others. Healing and/or restoration can be a very challenging process. Therefore, I strive to provide an atmosphere where you will feel safe to discuss your inner struggles and life stories. My goal is to encourage therapeutic change as I offer God’s message of grace and truth.
